Requirements

  • 2+ years prior related experience
  • Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Sort and distribute inbound mail/packages
  • Assist with conference room setups
  • Sort and distribute inbound mail/packages
  • Clean up and restock kitchen areas with sodas, food items, and supplies.
  • Badging: Create badges for new employees, deactivate badges for terminated employees, track temporary badge usage.
  • Assist with general facilities requests JIRAs - complete/close for new hire and term (Facilities subtask)
  • Advise employees on facility issues, practices/policies
  • Escorts facility vendors
  • Replenish standard office supplies in cabinets (order special supplies from Staples, Amazon, CDW, etc.)
  • Restock copy paper at copy machine locations weekly.
  • Order/replenish FedEx shipping supplies
  • Name plates - print, assemble and distribute
  • Cleans workstations after terminations/before new hires start
  • Purge kitchen fridges of perishable items.
  • Coordinate 1st Floor Conference Room reservations.
  • Assisting with employee events as needed
  • Emergency response team member
  • Desk keys – organize and reorder for site
  • Adhoc projects
