Job SummarySummary: As a Facilities Coordinator II, you will provide excellent customer service in the management of facilities for our clients. This position will allow you to utilize your experience in soft services and assist with overseeing cleaning, light maintenance, and other activities performed at the client site.

Requirements

  • Facilities maintenance, support services, military, and/or housekeeping experience.
  • Experience with soft services to include janitorial experience.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.

Nice To Haves

  • Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with the oversight of subcontractor management of cleaning, light maintenance, pest control, waste management, security, landscaping, snow removal, and mailroom operations.
  • Manages all moves, additions, and changes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
