As a Facilities Coordinator at Breezeline, you will be responsible for supporting the Manager with the effective management of Cogeco and Breezeline facilities and property leases throughout our organization. Your role will involve sourcing vendors for the purchase of goods and services related to the maintenance of Breezeline and Cogeco, maintaining records, verifying invoices, property assessments, analyzing data, and preparing reports on vendor and lease contract performance. You will also provide backup to reception on occasion while maintaining ID/access system and parking records.
