About The Position
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will perform regular maintenance on the facility including changing light bulbs, carpentry, painting, minor drywall repair, minor plumbing, and tile repair. You will inspect the facility and other structures to detect malfunctions, conduct furniture maintenance and repairs accordingly. Ad-Hoc duties include window and door repairs, mounting curtain poles, track, and fixture shelves, as well as performing other work-related duties as assigned.
