The Facilities and Operations Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of the School facilities and daily operations and needs. The Facilities and Operations Coordinator is directly responsible for maintaining the appearance of the buildings and grounds of the property. At all times ensuring optimal functioning of the building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety and elevator to provide the safest and healthiest environment for all Leman scholars and staff. The Facilities and Operations Coordinator will serve as the main point of contact for all facility related services and issues, managing outside vendors and contractors and performing regular maintenance and cleaning services as the campus needs including local internal IT general issues.
