About The Position

The Facilities Coordinator III is a key role within the facilities maintenance team, focusing on vendor and project management. This position involves overseeing vendor relationships, coordinating projects, and managing facility repairs to ensure operations align with accounting and contractual standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing multiple projects.
  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with vendors to facilitate repairs and facility maintenance.
  • Review, create, and process work orders.
  • Approve vendor proposals in line with accounting and contractual guidelines.
  • Assign work orders to the appropriate vendors and manage daily queues.
  • Assist with additional project assignments as required.
