What this job involves – Provide general overall FM services including continuous monitoring of facility in a 24x7 critical facilities environment. Work with property managers to handle routine property management operations, including procurement of property supplies and services, escorting vendors, perform vehicle and equipment logistics, assisting with other general duties as requested. Strong Corrigo experience in a facilities management setting is essential. What is your day to day? Requirements

2+ years' experience with Facility or Property Administration in a 24x7 critical facilities environment
Strong proficiency with Corrigo (CMMS) in a facilities management setting
Superior customer service skills and orientation
Must be proficient at Excel Spreadsheets and have capability of customizing administrative reports

Nice To Haves

Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints in a 24x7 environment
Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills
Strong organizational skills and collaborative style
Experience with critical facilities management

Responsibilities
