About The Position

We're seeking a resourceful, detail-oriented, and confident Facilities Coordinator to join our dynamic and fast-paced commercial real estate team. This is a 6-month temporary position with the opportunity to convert to a permanent role at the end of the employment period. You'll be working with a vibrant, high-performing team that values efficiency, direct communication, and the ability to pivot quickly. The manager is no-nonsense, highly direct, and looking for someone who can handle pressure, take initiative, and keep things moving with minimal supervision. This is a hybrid position (2-3 days per week) based at our Gilbert, AZ headquarters. Training will begin onsite at the office and, once complete, the role will continue as a hybrid schedule.
