Job Summary: This Facilities Controls Engineer II is responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting industrial and building control systems, including PLCs, SCADA, VFDs, and instrumentation. The position requires configuring control networks, programming automation systems, and ensuring fault-tolerant and code-compliant operations. The engineer will support facility projects, optimize equipment performance, and provide technical guidance to a 24-hour operations team. Collaboration with cross-functional engineers and vendors is essential to maintain best practices and drive continuous improvement. Works independently on routine assignments and impacts projects within the functional area.
