About The Position

The Facilities Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing and executing minor construction, renovation, and maintenance projects across a multi-building portfolio within the NYU School of Law. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with university standards and regulatory requirements, while supporting the strategic goals of NYU SOL Facilities and Construction Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of related space management and construction experience
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to consult with a diverse population on space and construction management needs and to develop systems that meet those needs
  • Knowledge of standard office software, including a strong knowledge of database and web applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
