About The Position

The Facilities Breakroom Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the breakroom and other common areas within the facility. This role involves routine cleaning tasks, preparing beverages, restocking supplies, and ensuring a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. The position requires regular onsite attendance and is essential for the smooth operation of the workplace.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED or applicable experience
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Preparing coffee/hot water and keeping carafes full
• Keeping break room areas neat and clean throughout the day
• Daily wiping down of microwaves, refrigerators, and freezers
• Daily restocking of supplies (i.e. napkins)
• Dishwashing by hand (dishes, cup holders, utensils, etc.)
• Delivering beverages or other items to meeting rooms as necessary
• Setting up, breaking down, and hand washing dishes after scheduled luncheons or dinners as necessary
• Straightening/cleaning of all break rooms as necessary
• Participating in staff meetings, training, and in-services as required by the Manager, Corporate Security and Internal Retail Services
• Dusting, vacuuming, wiping down furniture, and cleaning bathrooms and meeting rooms
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Collecting trash throughout the facility and transporting it to the proper location
• Replenishing supplies such as soap, paper towels, etc.
