About The Position
The Facilities Automation Technician reflects the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Medicine (NM), adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. Under general supervision of the Facilities Operations Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the effective use and functionality of the automated equipment and materials handling equipment within Northwestern Medicine Procurement Operations Center. This position involves diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical issues, along with testing, replacement, or repair of electrical systems.
