About The Position
The Facilities Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of the marina facilities. This role involves maintaining restrooms, common areas, and other amenities to provide an exceptional experience for boaters and guests. The Facilities Attendant projects a professional company image through all types of interaction.
Requirements
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers
- Some knowledge of marina operations or willingness to be trained in them
- Proven track record or innate ability to interface with customers positively and successfully
- Ability to work independently to achieve goals and targets
Responsibilities
- Perform regular inspections of marina facilities, including restrooms, showers, and common areas
- Clean and maintain all areas ensuring they are free of debris, trash, and hazards
- Carry out routine cleaning duties that meet established quality standards for marina
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment; report any shortages to the management
