About The Position

Verition Fund Management LLC (“Verition”) is a multi-strategy, multi-manager hedge fund founded in 2008. Verition focuses on global investment strategies including Global Credit, Global Convertible, Volatility & Capital Structure Arbitrage, Event-Driven Investing, Equity Long/Short & Capital Markets Trading, and Global Quantitative Trading. The Junior Facilities Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the office environment. This role helps ensure that facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained, while providing a great workplace experience for employees.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in facilities, office operations, or a related role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Basic to moderate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to lift light office equipment and move furniture when needed

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily facilities operations, including office, maintenance requests, and general upkeep
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Help manage work orders, track issues, and follow up to resolution
  • Support office moves, desk setups, and onboarding/offboarding logistics
  • Conduct routine office walkthroughs to identify maintenance or safety issues
  • Provide general operational support as needed
