About The Position

The Corporate Properties Facilities Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of our facilities. This position supports day-to-day operations, maintenance and repair activities across electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, while also coordinating room configurations and space planning to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Must posses a valid state Driver's License and provide proof of liability coverage meeting company standards.
  • Basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC knowledge.
  • Basic computer knowledge working with Service Now, Limble, Microsoft Windows, Office, and Teams.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize workload on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Other duties as assigned

Nice To Haves

  • Earlier facility technician and/or supporting role preferred
  • Facility maintenance tech school preferred.
  • OSHA training preferred
  • Forklift certified preferred

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates an understanding and adherence to all work safety policies, procedures and governing requirements.
  • Adheres to Organization and the Facilities Department policies and procedures including appropriate attire, grooming and attendance.
  • Complies with OSHA, and other local, state and federal regulations.
  • Monitors and maintains building systems including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure.
  • Responds to service requests and troubleshoot facility-related issues promptly.
  • Serves as a point of contact for facility-related inquiries and support.
  • Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, vendor interactions, and compliance documentation.
  • Liaise with on-site partners and off-site vendors to manage repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance.
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams to align facility operations with organizational goals.
  • Coordinates room setups for meetings, events, and workspace reconfigurations.
  • Supports on-site EBC meetings, dedicated events, and other activities as assigned.
  • Participates in departmental on-call program, company and team meetings as designated.
  • Maintains all tools, equipment and personal workspace in clean, safe, working order.
  • Performs routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure safety and compliance.

  • Responds to emergency situations to ensure employee and facility safety.
  • Interacts effectively, build relationships, and demonstrate a high level of cooperation.
  • Supports emergency response protocols and safety initiatives.
