About The Position

Guardian Angels Catholic School is seeking a hardworking and dependable Part-Time Facilities Associate to the Maintenance Supervisor to aid in the upkeep, safety, and daily operations of our schools buildings and grounds. This individual will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and general facility tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Requirements

• Dependable and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Ability to maintain school grounds and perform minor exterior repairs.
• Ability to respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Successful completion of a Level II Background Screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Perform routine inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Maintain school grounds, including landscaping, and minor exterior repairs.
• Set up and take down equipment for school events and activities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Ensure classrooms, offices, entryways, and common areas are well-maintained and presentable at all times.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure environment.
