About The Position
The position involves providing consulting services for the built environment, which includes specialized building enclosure and/or structural testing, consulting, forensic investigations, property condition assessments, and designing repairs for existing structures. The primary responsibilities include offering technical expertise and supporting Facilities staff within the region, overseeing projects, performing technical report reviews, preparing and reviewing proposals, engaging in business development, and assisting other staff in marketing services by maintaining and developing client interactions. Additionally, the role includes leading and coaching junior staff members and performing responsibilities at a regional level.
