About The Position

Job Summary: As part of a formal apprenticeship or regional training program, assists with facilities changes and improvements; assists with maintaining relationships with various suppliers and vendors of services provided to the facility; communicates changes and improvements to affected facility occupants. Performs activities under direct supervision. We are looking for a motivated Facilities Associate join our team in (Avondale, AZ). We offer competitive pay and benefits! Will make an impact in the following ways: Support facilities management with scheduling maintenance work, special projects, and facility improvements. Assist with planning and implementing facility changes and communicating updates to facility occupants. Help prepare budgets, create purchase orders, and support invoice approvals. Update and maintain CAD layouts and master plans; assist with managing floor and office space. Coordinate installation of communications equipment with internal teams and external vendors. Participate in audits, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement activities. Attend required on-site and off-site training programs and make progress toward local certification. Perform facilities-related tasks under direct supervision in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements

  • Willingness to learn through a formal apprenticeship or regional training program.
  • Ability to work under direct or close supervision with guidance and review.
  • Basic understanding or interest in facilities maintenance, operations, or building systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Commitment to safety, customer service, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to follow defined procedures and schedules.
  • CDL is required for this role.
  • This role will be doing facilities task along with CDL responsibility.
  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • Minimal or no work experience required.
