About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and motivated individual to support an upcoming office relocation project. This temporary contract role plays a critical part in ensuring a smooth and efficient transition between office locations. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment. This is a short-term, temporary position with an expected duration of approximately 2 months. Requirements

  • Previous experience in moving, warehouse operations, facilities support, or general labor preferred (not required)
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and remain on feet for extended periods
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic

Nice To Haves

  • Basic familiarity with hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, drills) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist with packing files, documents, office supplies, equipment, and other materials in a safe and organized manner
  • Label and inventory boxes to ensure accurate placement at the new location
  • Disassemble and reassemble office furniture and equipment as directed
  • Lift, carry, and transport materials and equipment (50+ lbs)
  • Load and unload moving trucks efficiently and safely
  • Support workstation setup at the temporary office location
  • Follow all safety protocols and supervisor instructions to maintain a secure work environment
