This position is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs, ensuring tasks are completed to the appropriate standards. This includes Lambeau Field, Titletown, and other Green Bay Packers properties. The schedule rotates 6 days on, 3 days off from 3pm to 11:30 pm. Some 7:00am-3:30pm shifts are required on weekends.

  • Responsible for various projects, including but not limited to general maintenance projects, woodworking, carpentry, welding, door replacement, ceiling replacement, flooring repairs, carpet cleaning, shade repairs, and equipment maintenance.
  • Help keep facilities storage areas orderly.
  • Assist in maintenance and repairs of trucks, UTVs, aerial lifts, skid steers and other equipment.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and repairing door hardware and locks.
  • Assist in troubleshooting, logging and repair of all aspects of seating throughout the stadium.
  • Assist in monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting fire protection systems.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining Hydrotherapy pools.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of or be willing to learn aquatic systems.
  • Assist in operation and troubleshooting of automated lighting systems.
  • Oversee contract workers when called upon.
  • Complete gameday tasks including opening and closing designated areas of the stadium in a timely manner.
  • Assist with snow removal. Able to lead snow crew during the snow removal process.
  • Operate the following types of equipment: fork truck, aerial lifts, snow plows, Bobcats, Payloader, UTVs.
  • Respond to elevator calls to verify operator error issues, or issues requiring Otis repairs.
  • Open elevator shafts to safely allow stuck passengers out or safely access the elevator pits.
  • Responsible for being the department contact and making decisions for the Facilities department during shift.
  • Lead seasonal staff in various maintenance projects.
  • Will work 2nd shift and weekends, as well as every gameday, large stadium events and some holidays.
  • Shift work and on call may be required.
  • Able to respond to emergency calls after hours, when on call or necessary.
  • Assist with identifying, troubleshooting, logging and repair of mechanical suite windows and shades.
  • Assist with identifying, troubleshooting and logging of concrete, caulking and coating issues throughout the stadium.
  • Assist with identifying roofing and window leaks.
  • Assist with layout and striping of all parking spots around stadium.
  • Assist with other projects as directed by supervisors.
  • High School diploma.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of maintenance experience.
  • Strong understanding of all areas of maintenance, including, but not limited to, woodworking, carpentry, automotive repair, flooring installation and repair, ceiling installation, furniture repair, welding, painting, and lock and door hardware.
  • Must have working knowledge of power tools and equipment.
  • General knowledge of fire protection systems helpful.
  • C.P.O. and A.F.O. license in pool management helpful.
  • Must be willing to learn and control various building operations systems as required.
  • Must be extremely self-motivated, hardworking, and competent enough to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must have excellent troubleshooting skills and be a team player.
  • Must have ability to adapt to spur of the moment changes.
  • C.P.O. and A.F.O. license in pool management helpful.
