Assists Manager Building Services with daily tasks based on the building needs each day. Work hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Requirements
- Some knowledge of building maintenance in carpentry, electrical and plumbing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanically inclined and an understanding of event coordination.
- Ability and interest in obtaining Black Seal Engineer’s license.
Nice To Haves
- Some IT experience and an understanding of how to set up zoom meetings for events is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance repairs at Camden Headquarters
- Perform mechanical assignments, repairs and handle minor issues.
- Assists with coordinating events throughout the facilities within the building
- Minor painting assignments at times
- Some IT knowledge to assist with issues and installation of components within the department
- Lead person for concert parking
- Other duties as assigned
