Facilities and Home Services Technician
About The Position
The Facilities and Home Services Technician role is meant for a go-getter. This person enjoys working with their hands and staying active in their daily responsibilities. This person is patient and detail oriented as it is the little things that matter in this role. This role is split between club facility maintenance and our Home Services division. As a result, this position will help maintain and clean all areas across the property. Additionally, this person will provide various services for our members and within their homes. This is an evolving role with an opportunity to grow into a great career as the community and club grow. Requirements
- Eager to make a difference every day

- Knowledge, comfort, and safety while working with power tools
- Willingness to develop new skill sets
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass a background check
- Must have a driver’s license with a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- HVAC and EPA certifications preferred but not required
- CPO certification preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Maintenance and cleanliness of Club facilities, Equestrian Center, HOA, rental homes, pools, kitchens, grounds, and Home Services
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas and equipment
- Paint, sand and stain buildings, furniture, and equipment
- Minor electrical repairs (replace outlets, light bulbs, fixtures, streetlamps, etc.)
- Plumbing repairs as needed
- HVAC repairs as needed and filter changes (HVAC and EPA certifications preferred but not required)
- Pool testing, chemical adjustment, cleaning, (CPO certification preferred but not required)
- Sweep/Clean sidewalks around amenities
- Trash checks around the property as needed
- Carpentry projects
- Minor masonry
- Painting and staining
- Furniture repair
- Vehicle maintenance
- Bridge and fence maintenance
- Member gate maintenance
- Minor snow removal
- Appliance repair in laundry rooms and kitchens
