About The Position

The Transportation Operating Supervisor position is responsible for overseeing
auto mechanics to ensure the safe and efficient maintenance and repair of the
Companys fleet, which includes light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles, as well
as equipment. The role aims to meet the requirements of user organizations to
maximize fleet availability and minimize repair costs. Key responsibilities also
include implementing programs and activities to achieve and maintain a "zero
harm" safety culture as well as creating and maintaining a diverse and inclusive
workplace and team.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing auto mechanics to ensure the safe and efficient maintenance and repair of the Company’s fleet
• Meeting the requirements of user organizations to maximize fleet availability and minimize repair costs
• Implementing programs and activities to achieve and maintain a “zero harm” safety culture
