About The Position

As a Facilities and Corporate Real Estate Services Specialist you will become a cornerstone of our dynamic Facilities team. Requirements

  • Two+ years experience in Facilities Management, or a similar role in a different field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • Strong Communication skills.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Problem solving capabilities.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Experience with gathering data and putting together proposals for company stakeholders.
  • Ability and openness to travel.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Snagit/Photoshop (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Workday (preferred).
  • Proficiency with AI-driven platforms and analytics tools to optimize facilities management workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Facilities team and play a critical role in making our workspaces hum with productivity.
  • Source new facilities service providers for our locations throughout the US.
  • Assist vendors with our on-boarding process, working closely with the numerous Bank departments, and following company guidelines.
  • Coordinate and schedule vendors to ensure scheduled tasks are conducted with a high degree of quality and completed on time.
  • Help to manage utility accounts such as gas, water, sewer, and electric for the Bank's locations.
  • Ensure the management of mail and packages, and delivery to appropriate parties within the Bank.
  • Handle service portal requests with a high degree of completeness and quality.
  • Provide support for Facilities projects such as renovations, general construction, moves, decommissioning of office space, and new office openings.
  • Perform light duties at our locations including cleaning, small repairs, helping with deliveries, and other general maintenance items.
  • Provide some administrative support across the department.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance facilities operations.
  • Support lease administration efforts, including lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations.
  • Assist with monitoring and reporting on real estate expenditures.
  • Assist with preparation and analysis of financial models and projections for real estate transactions.
  • Work closely with all business units and departments while maintaining a focus on delivery of 5-star customer service.
