About The Position

Support the operational, financial, and administrative functions of Food Services, including the cafeteria, break rooms, and catering program. Ensure accurate ordering, invoicing, inventory tracking, sales reporting, and menu and catering coordination. Manage key administrative processes and analyze cost and sales data to support efficient operations, expense control, and high-quality food service across the organization. Due to the duties and responsibilities of this position, a Credit Bureau Report may be ordered on final candidates.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail, particularly in data entry, invoicing, reporting, and cash handling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with systems such as Workday, Touchnet, Mosaic, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret basic sales and cost data.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departments and with external vendors.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and process improvement.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and ordering processes.
  • Knowledge of food service operations and food safety standards.
  • Experience supporting cash office operations with a focus on financial accuracy, reconciliation processes, internal controls, and secure handling of funds.
  • Experience in food service, hospitality, or cafeteria operations.
  • Experience with invoicing, purchasing, inventory tracking, or financial recordkeeping.
  • Experience working with data tracking, reporting, or basic analysis.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors or managing service requests.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
