Shady Grove Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Facilities Administrative Coordinator who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Facilities Administrative Coordinator you will oversee and maintain the facility CMMS system, oversee the operations of the facilities office area, order and maintain adequate levels of office supplies, provide training on CMMS system to new staff, collect and share departmental information such as productivity, financial, quality (process improvement), customer service, and ad hoc reports. You will also schedule and communicate promptly with hospital leadership, physicians, and other departmental teams in order to enhance productivity and satisfaction, participate and implement quality improvement projects, as directed, and organize office services such as purchasing, records control, communication with internal and external stakeholders, and other administrative activities for the Department of Facility Services.
