The Facilities Administrative Assistant 3 provides high-level administrative support to the Historic Sites Regional Facilities Manager and broader facilities team. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating communications, managing documentation, tracking maintenance schedules, and supporting project logistics across multiple historic sites. The position plays a key role in maintaining organizational efficiency, supporting stewardship of Church properties, and facilitating timely responses to facilities-related needs. This is a full-time, 3-month temporary position located in Nauvoo, Illinois.
