Just look up. Are you ready to go beyond? This role is primarily for the cleaning of HMI's powder screening rooms. Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities. Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning restrooms, break rooms, floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing trash. Maintains the exterior of the building and parking lots. The position will work a schedule of Monday-Thursday (4x10) 6am-4pm (6th shift).

Requirements

High School diploma or GED equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Must have a strong attendance record
Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills
Must be able to work hours outside of the regular shift
Must be able to wear a respirator
The position requires ascending, descending stairs, standing for extended periods, bending, squatting, twisting, overhead reach, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
