About The Position

The Facilities Coordinator at Genesys will play a crucial role in enhancing the office experience at the Durham, NC location. The ideal candidate will ensure that the office is well-equipped and organized, fostering a positive employee experience while managing various operational tasks and vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (corporate facilities management, hospitality, administration, or business).
• 4+ years of relevant experience in facilities management or hospitality.
• Strong planning ability and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in project management and budget tracking.

• Additional credentials and relevant certifications in facilities management or hospitality.
• Experience with EHS practices and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with office communications and on-site employee engagement events.
• Monitor inventory of supplies, food, and beverages.
• Manage caterers and servers for office events.
• Help arrange bookings and calendars for large meetings.
• Support events that span departments or teams.
• Assist with overall management of the office premises and daily operations.
• Oversee daily front desk operations and maintain site security.
• Maintain customer relationships with outside consultants and vendors.
• Track and process invoices in accordance with the approved budget.
• Conduct periodic facility assessments and maintain compliance with safety regulations.
