About The Position

The position involves providing guidance and coaching to jobseekers, engaging participants in online and technology-based learning, and managing user tracking and reporting. The role also includes supporting curriculum enhancements and improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in training, education, or career development.
• Experience developing and formatting resumes; Certified Professional Resume Writer credential is a plus.
• Knowledge of best practices in designing and developing instructional courses, webinars, workshops, and online programs.
• Able to interact with a wide variety of individuals and demonstrate a positive professional attitude.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree or associate degree, and three years of work experience in case management/human services or related experience.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite and other required locations.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an environment that promotes opportunities for quality interaction and learning.

• Support customers in online course registration and troubleshooting.
• Assist customers with log in, registration and any questions.
• Record customer services and track use of online programs.
• Recommend technical enhancements and additional matrices to current curricula.
• Update online training guides and website.
• Develop materials, manuals tests and related training aids.
• Facilitate orientation sessions.
