About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Facets Project Manager to lead large-scale business transformation initiatives within the healthcare payer space. This role will focus on delivering projects aligned to CMS program requirements, including Medicare Advantage (MA), while ensuring system configurations, benefit structures, and operational workflows are implemented effectively. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading large-scale business transformation programs within the healthcare payer space, specifically Medicare Advantage (MA)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, including project planning, tracking, and reporting
• Experience working in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall (“Wagile”) environment, coordinating across scrum teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive results
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver complex initiatives

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with or supporting Facets implementations preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large business transformation programs within the payer MA environment
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
• Maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and documentation using Microsoft Project
• Coordinate across multiple teams, including business, IT, and scrum teams, within a hybrid “Wagile” delivery model
• Drive alignment between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and accountability across all workstreams
• Support implementation of system configurations, benefit structures, and workflows in alignment with CMS requirements
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate meetings, status updates, and executive-level reporting
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives
