About The Position

As a Facets .Net Software Engineer – Healthcare Integration, you will make an impact by designing and delivering end‑to-end technology solutions that support critical healthcare platforms. You will be a valued member of our Healthcare Engineering team, working closely with stakeholders, architects, and global delivery teams to build scalable, high‑quality solutions using modern cloud‑native technologies. In this role, you will: Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into clear solution designs. Prepare and contribute to end‑to-end solution architecture and technical design documentation. Lead and contribute to the development team to implement scalable, reliable solutions. Design and build solutions using C#, .NET Core, Go, Kafka, APIs, and MongoDB/SQL. Perform unit testing using XUnit and ensure adherence to coding standards. Conduct peer and architect code reviews to maintain quality and consistency. Support QA, UAT, and production deployments, including issue resolution. Communicate technical status, risks, and design decisions to project stakeholders. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop prototypes and define solution approaches. Work effectively within onshore/offshore delivery models to meet project timelines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands‑on software development experience.
  • Strong experience with .NET Core, C#, Go, MongoDB/SQL, APIs, Kafka.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
  • Familiarity with GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, and Postman.
  • Ability to perform unit testing using XUnit or similar frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
  • Willingness and interest in working within an onshore–offshore delivery model.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the healthcare domain, particularly payer systems.
  • Hands‑on development experience with SSIS, SQL Server, and .NET.
  • Knowledge of Facets or QNXT, including backend tables and configurations.
  • Experience working with EDI and encounter/claims processing.
  • Understanding of health plans, providers, and healthcare data flows.
  • Ability to clearly explain technical processes, issues, and logic to diverse audiences.
