About The Position

Stretchd is seeking trained therapists to offer their signature Facessage service. We offer 35-minute and 50-minute Facessage sessions. Each session is a relaxing face, head, neck and shoulder massage. Face incorporates specific massage techniques to help sculpt, smooth and tone facial muscles. The service also incorporates techniques for lymphatic drainage, acupressure points to relieve TMJ, jaw tension and headaches, use of tools like a gua sha, plus basic assisted stretchs and neck and shoulder massage. You must be a licensed esthetician or massage therapist in NY. Training will take place starting February 9, 2026. Requirements

Undergo paid Face Sculptor training of up to 20 hours
Must be available at least 15-25 hours a week
Must be available to work 6-8 hour shifts
Must be able to work at least ONE weekend day shift, including Sundays to start
Must be available to work from both the Stretchd spaces (Flatiron and Upper East Side)
Must be able to move and/or lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs
