About The Position

Vision for the role The candidate will come alongside FAC Kids to participate in planning and writing curriculum, preparation for Sunday morning ministry, and organizing events, developing a philosophy of ministry to children while learning the ins and outs of FAC Kids.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Director of Nursery & Preschool Ministries (DNPM) to plan a scope and sequence for an 11am service preschool curriculum
• Practice writing lesson plans for different developmental stages
• Develop activities, crafts, games, etc. to coordinate with lessons
• Lead 11am service whole group preschool teaching based on curriculum developed
• Evaluate curriculum effectiveness alongside DNPM
• Help prepare for various FAC Kids events (Winter Olympics, VBX, etc.)
• Gain hands-on experience in budgeting, planning a ministry calendar, and other administrative responsibilities
