Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, present information in a professional manner and work with all levels of the organization.
  • Proven personal initiative and ability to follow through on tasks to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills and diplomacy when dealing with people.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with detailed spreadsheets and data manipulation.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Compose letters, memos, and reports; compile spreadsheets and databases.
  • Answer telephones and direct calls.
  • Maintain project files.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Facility Engineering department.
  • Handle sensitive information while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Multi-task, set priorities, and present information in a professional manner.
  • Work with all levels of the organization.
  • Follow through on tasks to completion.
  • Communicate effectively and diplomatically with people.
  • Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for the Facility Engineering department, including transportation, lodging, and expense funds.
  • Process expense reports.
  • Process and distribute mail/correspondence.
