Position Summary The Fabricator for Nights I (Sun – Tues; 5 PM – 5 AM) is responsible for interpreting blueprints to fabricate and inspect customer parts from start to finish. This role focuses on accuracy, manufacturability, and ability to work with a team through the finish line. This position is a hands-on role that works closely with the Nights I production team to maintain speed, quality, and compliance.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Proper PPE usage and hazard awareness.

  • Understand tolerances and quality control expectations.
  • Commitment to quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience operating fabrication equipment (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Follow fabrication drawings, specifications, and verbal instructions to build parts, structures, and mechanical component assemblies from a wide variety of materials.
  • Safely and efficiently run all machines involved in the fabrication and completion of parts.
  • Periodically test operation of machines for any issues.
  • Inspect all finished products for accuracy and uniformity to ensure product quality and uphold company reputation.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in a clean and orderly manner and report all equipment problems.
  • Learn the JRMW processes involved with the completion of assigned parts.
