Cutting Edge Countertops is seeking 2nd shift Fabricators for its Perrysburg, Ohio facility. 2nd shift works M-F, 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm If you have an eye for detail, a focus on quality and precision, and are outcome-oriented, this is a job for you. Requirements

• An ability to understand shop drawings, schematic diagrams.
• Physical stamina to stand for long period of time.
• Mechanical skills and knowledge of basic machinery
• 1-3 years fabrication experience desired, or those with experience in detail focused trades (finished carpentry, auto repair) or time spent playing music or producing art do well in this role!
• May require moving material up to 70 lbs.
• Requires good physical dexterity, as well as eye/hand coordination to operate tools.
• High School diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• The Fabricator is responsible for the finishing of material after machining.
• Operation and maintenance of fabricator related hand tools
• Cutting, grinding, and polishing of material
• Repair material defects
• Loading and unloading of material; Load finished products onto shipment carts accurately, ensuring safe transportation.
• Quality control to ensure that fabricated materials meet aesthetic and dimensional tolerance.
