Technical knowledge acquisition is essential for troubleshooting, repairing, and upgrading industrial equipment, as well as conducting OSHA-inspections and documenting findings. Welding expertise, including MIG, TIG, and ARC methods, is utilized for metal joining. Verifying dimensions and adhering to product specifications, maintaining production schedules, and conducting rigorous quality checks to uphold safety standards are integral to the role. Additionally, responsibilities include stress testing products, reporting malfunctions, and collaborating effectively within a team environment. Operating fabrication equipment for metal shaping, machining responsibilities, and ensuring compliance with company policies, especially in safety and customer service, round out the responsibilities for this multifaceted position.
