About The Position
Admiral Furniture is a local family-owned company that specializes in manufacturing commercial grade aluminum pool and patio furniture. They pride themselves in using only American-made raw materials and labor to manufacture products sold nationwide. The company is looking for experienced fabricators who share a passion for manufacturing quality products. In the Fabrication department, raw materials are transformed into furniture parts using various machines such as saws, drills, ring rollers, punch machines, coping machines, CNC benders, manual benders, and forming machines. These aluminum parts are then welded together to create frames, which are managed and put into inventory based on Manufacturing work orders.
Requirements
- Expected to stand for a 10-hour shift
- Able to lift 25 lbs
- Knowledge and experience on saws, drills, ring rollers, punch machines, coping machines, CNC benders, manual benders, forming machines
- Experienced Fabricator
Responsibilities
- Turn Raw Material into furniture parts
- Use saws, drills, ring rollers, punch machines, coping machines, CNC benders, manual benders, forming machines to form aluminum into furniture parts
- Make frames that get welded together
- Fulfill parts and make frames using Manufacturing work orders
