About The Position

The position involves performing routine and repetitive fabrication tasks using a variety of hand tools to cut, bend, form, and shape sheet-metal and/or plastic parts. The individual must be able to perform up to 2 distinct job functions within the group or department.

Requirements

• Little or no prior relevant experience is required.
• Ability to use hand/power tools and other special equipment.
• Ability to read, write and perform standard assembly related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Shakes out and/or deburrs sheet metal parts.
• Rivets, spot welds, or solders pieces together to fabricate material.
• Fabricates electrical parts, components and/or systems from raw materials.
• Maintains a safe work environment and identifies/reports potential hazards to management.
