Requirements

• 1-2 years of fabrication experience
• Aluminum spool gun welding required
• Basic mechanical/construction knowledge concerning metals, wood, plastic, blueprints, and fasteners
• Working knowledge of CLN machines, punch presses, press shears, and various power tools as they apply to fabrication
• Ability to read and use a tape measure
• Adequate math skills
• High attention to detail
• Enjoys working in both a team and individual work settings.

Responsibilities

• Fabricates metal using CLN Notcher and CLN Bender.
• Forms material into appropriate shape.
• Punches material using Letter Lock.
• Installs LED wiring.
• Attaches letter face.
• Trims out letter using CLN Quick Trim Notcher.
• Completes all necessary reports such as completion slips, material listing forms, time cards, and work orders.
• Assists in handling, packing, loading, securing, and unloading finished goods.
• Demonstrates flexibility in work hours, including availability for overtime as required.
• Attends all necessary meetings and training as required.
• Provides care and security for all company resources.
• Performs necessary housekeeping activities, including proper storage of materials and equipment.
