About The Position
Are you ready to put your fabrication skills to work in a role where precision and craftsmanship matter? We’re seeking a 1st Shift Rail and Misc Metals Fabricator to join a team producing high-quality railings and miscellaneous metal products. In this role, you’ll: Interpret and work from blueprints with accuracy. Operate fabrication equipment including cold saws, grinders, overhead cranes, and forklifts. Perform MIG welding with precision and efficiency. Handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality. Use tools such as tape measures and hand tools to complete detailed fabrication work.
Requirements
- Prior fabrication experience with rail and miscellaneous metals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and switch between jobs as needed
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a safety-focused environment
