Assembler is focused on drilling and milling metal, assembling/fabricating doors and frames to specifications provided by the customer. Additional activities may include welding, use of hand tools and packing products. This role is perfect for an individual who has an attention to detail (safety, quality, efficiency), strong work ethic/reliability and is a problem solver. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Basic reading, writing, arithmetic, and computer skills.
  • Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
  • Good work ethic with consistent attendance.
  • Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery for drilling, milling, and sawing metal components.
  • Assemble metal frames according to customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Safely use hand tools and apply basic welding techniques as needed.
  • Accurately read measurements and use a tape measure for fabrication tasks.
  • Label and tag products and packages appropriately for identification.
