Requirements

• 1+ year experience in fabrication, woodworking, carpentry, cabinetry, or manufacturing
• Comfortable using measuring tools and shop equipment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift

Nice To Haves

• Ability to read CAD or shop drawings
• OSHA or shop safety training
• Experience with solid surface or specialty materials

Responsibilities

• Fabricate custom lockers, casework, and specialty products from start to finish
• Work with wood products, solid surface materials, plastics, and composite panels
• Cut, assemble, sand, finish, and prep components for installation
• Read shop drawings or CAD prints (or learn — we’ll train the right person)
• Use fabrication tools and machinery daily in a clean, organized shop
• Collaborate with a skilled production team to meet project timelines
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, safety, and quality
