About The Position

Pik Rite, Inc. is a manufacturer of vegetable harvesting, manure spreading equipment and commercial truck bodies from raw material to finished product. We are an industry leader with a presence in 30+ states and 20+ countries. We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Fabrication Table Operator to join our team in Lewisburg, PA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with fabrication processes, operating plasma tables, and using press brakes to produce high-quality metal components. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Hours for this position: Day Shift (6a - 4p) Night Shift (7:30p - 5:30a)

Requirements

Proven experience in metal fabrication and operating fabrication equipment.
Proficiency with plasma cutting tables and press brakes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools accurately.
Willingness to follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work area.

Responsibilities

Operate plasma cutting tables to accurately cut metal parts according to specifications.
Set up and operate press brakes to bend and shape metal components.
Perform general fabrication tasks including measuring, cutting, assembling, and welding metal parts.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to ensure precise fabrication.
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
