To support our continued growth, we are adding a Fabrication Worker to our team. In this role, you will fabricate, build, and assemble metal components and structures in a production environment, ensuring materials are prepared accurately and efficiently for installation at commercial job sites.

Requirements

  • Ability to complete fabrication projects with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using fabrication tools, machinery, and equipment safely.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong measuring, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a production-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and fabrication processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working on ladders and at heights when required.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to fabricate required components.
  • Select appropriate materials based on job specifications and structural requirements.
  • Measure, cut, bend, shape, and assemble metal materials to precise dimensions.
  • Weld, rivet, solder, or fasten seams using screws or other approved methods.
  • Perform assembly-line fabrication tasks such as punching, bending, rolling, and forming metal sections.
  • Operate fabrication machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain production schedules and meet output demands.
  • Coordinate equipment shutdowns and startups with other departments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate production and repair records.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
