To support our continued growth, we are adding a Fabrication Worker to our team. In this role, you will fabricate, build, and assemble metal components and structures in a production environment, ensuring materials are prepared accurately and efficiently for installation at commercial job sites.

Requirements

Ability to complete fabrication projects with accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficient in using fabrication tools, machinery, and equipment safely.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong measuring, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Ability to meet deadlines in a production-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and fabrication processes.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working on ladders and at heights when required.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to fabricate required components.
Select appropriate materials based on job specifications and structural requirements.
Measure, cut, bend, shape, and assemble metal materials to precise dimensions.
Weld, rivet, solder, or fasten seams using screws or other approved methods.
Perform assembly-line fabrication tasks such as punching, bending, rolling, and forming metal sections.
Operate fabrication machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
Maintain production schedules and meet output demands.
Coordinate equipment shutdowns and startups with other departments as needed.
Maintain accurate production and repair records.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
