About The Position

Skillforce is currently hiring experienced Fabrication Welders for immediate and upcoming projects in Orlando, FL. Pay is up to $30 an hour based on experience and skillset. This role involves structural and precision welding in a shop environment, working from blueprints and fabrication drawings to produce high-quality metal components.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday schedule
10-hour shifts
6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Requirements

• Previous experience in fabrication welding or structural welding
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to lift materials and work on feet for extended periods
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication shop environment
• Experience with MIG, TIG, or Stick welding processes
• Mechanical aptitude and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Perform fabrication and welding (MIG, TIG, or Stick as required)
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols
• Fit, align, and assemble metal components accurately
• Inspect welds and finished products for quality and compliance
• Operate welding and fabrication tools and equipment safely
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards
