About The Position
The Fabrication Trainer is responsible for training and assisting hourly employees in developing the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively. This role involves creating ergonomic knife techniques, improving training methods, and ensuring that production employees are well-equipped to meet job requirements. The trainer will work closely with production supervisors and the Training Manager to enhance training techniques and maintain a safe workplace environment.
