About The Position

As a Fabrication Team Member at Protomet, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include hands-on work with various tools and high-tech equipment to ensure that the shop operates efficiently and safely. The position requires a commitment to learning and developing technical skills while maintaining a positive attitude. The work schedule is from Friday to Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate the CNC bender to prepare the tubes for welding
• Cope tubes using a fixture
• Pull bins and staging carts for the welding team
• Run a METLSAW and deliver stock to various machines
• Assist the welding department with various needs
